Operations Executive Location: Bangalore, India Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Travel Consultant / Travel Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and coordinating domestic and international travel, creating customized itineraries, and managing end-to-end travel operations. This role also requires someone who can contribute to building and improving operational processes as the business grows. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with clients to understand their travel requirements and provide tailored travel solutions. Plan and manage domestic and outbound international travel. Create detailed travel itineraries from scratch based on client preferences and budgets. Handle end-to-end travel bookings, including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and other travel services. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, vendors, and travel partners to ensure seamless execution. Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and client queries. Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service. Develop and improve travel operations processes and SOPs to enhance efficiency. Maintain accurate booking records and travel documentation. Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and destination information. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. 23 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or travel consultancy. Strong experience handling domestic and outbound international travel. Proven experience creating customized travel itineraries. Excellent communication, coordination, and client servicing skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
