Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist with company financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Record purchase, sales, expenses, and other accounting transactions.
• Maintain accurate records in Tally/Excel/accounting software.
• Assist with GST-related accounting and documentation.
• Prepare basic financial reports and statements.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Assist senior management with accounting reports and financial data.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Candidates with relevant accounting experience can also apply.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
