Key Responsibilities

• Insurance AR Tracking: Follow up diligently with US insurance companies (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial plans) regarding pending, low-paid, or unresolved medical claims.
• Denial Management: Perform root-cause analysis on denied medical claims, re-submit corrected claims, and file structured appeals to secure complete recovery.
• Accounts Analysis: Monitor older billing buckets, manage outstanding balances, and update account statuses systematically within the RCM framework.
• Payer Communication: Navigate complex automated voice systems and connect with insurance claims departments to check credentialing or

eligibility

updates.

• Compliance Maintenance: Maintain data privacy and record security in absolute alignment with international healthcare regulations (HIPAA guidelines).

Requirements & Skills

• Experience Baseline: Verifiable experience handling international BPO Accounts Receivable (AR) for US Medical Billing is mandatory. (Candidates without relevant AR experience will not be considered).
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills with highly confident telephone etiquette and active listening attributes.
• Domain Framework: Functional understanding of insurance denials, claim filing cycles, clearinghouse rejections, coordination of benefits (COB), and appeal letters.
• Technical Suitability: Familiarity with modern medical billing software platforms, multi-screen tracking layouts, and core MS Excel utilities.
