Job Summary

We are actively seeking a data-driven, strategic, and highly analytical Senior Performance Marketing Professional with over 5 years of proven experience to independently manage and scale our digital campaigns. In this role, you will own the entire performance marketing engine, driving measurable business growth and optimizing advertising spend across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate must be a subject matter expert in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, backed by strong technical tracking capabilities in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM). If you have a track record of scaling high-budget campaigns, conducting deep ROI analysis, and working efficiently in a 100% remote setup, we want to hear from you.

Core Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Independently plan, build, execute, and optimize end-to-end paid media campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Performance Max, Display), and LinkedIn.
• Data Tracking & Analytics: Set up, manage, and troubleshoot advanced conversion tracking, custom events, and pixels using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• ROI Optimization: Continuously monitor acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Run continuous matrix testing on creative variations, landing page copy, audience bidding patterns, and funnel structures.
• Reporting & Strategy: Build comprehensive performance dashboards, perform deep data analysis, and present actionable growth strategies directly to stakeholders.

Technical Skills Required

• Paid Media Channels: Deep execution mastery in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Specialist dashboard, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Web Analytics: Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) architecture, custom standard event setup, and user attribution mapping.
• Tag Management: Strong technical comfort with Google Tag Manager (GTM) structures, trigger parameters, and custom variable scripts.
• Analytical Acumen: Advanced skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets, attribution modeling, database integration, and data visualization.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a matching practical specialization.
• 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on performance marketing history with clear metrics of scaled acquisition.
• Highly disciplined, proactive, and capable of working completely independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate growth numbers and strategies clearly.
