We are actively seeking a vigilant, safety-conscious, and experienced HSE Supervisor (Piping) to join our industrial site construction operations at the MIDC Butibori Industrial Area in Nagpur. In this role, you will hold absolute ownership of on-site safety protocols, driving zero-accident safety benchmarks during heavy piping fabrication and erection phases.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid certification or diploma in industrial safety and display clear leadership qualities to handle strict enforcement on-site. Key Responsibilities

• Site Safety Surveillance: Monitor daily on-site mechanical and safety tasks during piping fabrication, structural alignment, and erection activities.
• Compliance Enforcement: Ensure absolute alignment with comprehensive project HSE plans, standard operating procedures, and global industrial safety metrics.
• Safety Briefings: Lead mandatory morning toolbox talks (TBT) and deliver daily safety briefings to educate workers on high-risk task controls.
• Permit to Work (PTW) Auditing: Verify and ensure valid cold/hot work permits are obtained and active before any task commences on the field.
• High-Risk Activity Monitoring: Closely supervise dangerous operations including hot work, work at height, heavy rigging/lifting operations, and confined space entries.
• PPE Management: Ensure 100% correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all site crew, technicians, and contractors.
• Inspections & Risk Management: Conduct systemic safety walks, identify unsafe acts/conditions, implement immediate corrective actions, and log near-miss events.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain precise safety records, incident files, and audit reports; systematically report accidents and coordinate closures with the client's safety tier.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Academic Baseline: Diploma or Government-recognized Certificate in Industrial Safety (ADIS/RLI/CLI/NEBOSH) or an equivalent HSE professional qualification.
• Domain

Experience: Proven hands-on track record as a safety officer/supervisor inside heavy industrial construction, petrochemical piping, or refinery project layouts.

• Technical Risk Matrix: In-depth understanding of industrial safety laws, work-at-height hazards, rigging safety, gas cutting/welding protocols, and emergency evacuation drills.
• Interpersonal Traits: Authoritative communication skills to handle worker teams, high assertiveness, crisis coordination, and good report writing styles.
