Key Responsibilities

• Handle US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid claims.
• Resolve denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
• Perform denial analysis and claim resolution.
• Ensure timely payment collections and account reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of claim status.
• Communicate professionally with insurance representatives.
• Meet productivity, quality, and collection targets.
• Work with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
