Requirements


  • Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any UG / Any PG
  • Experience: Fresher to 2 years
  • Age Limit: Up to 32 years
  • Gender: Male / Female
  • Language: Hindi only

*Salary*

  • Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC | ₹19,000 Take-home + Incentives
  • Experienced: ₹30,000 CTC | ₹24,000 Take-home + Incentives

*Work Details*

  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Last Sunday: Working
  • Leave: 1 Sick Leave + 1 Casual Leave

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and build new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large scale, high traffic systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures.
  • Open source contributions.
