Back Office Assistant

ob Summary:
We are looking for a Back Office Executive – MIS to handle daily sales reports, billing coordination, stock reports, and back-office activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel and strong coordination and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for sales data and updates.
• Handle billing coordination and maintain billing records.
• Prepare and maintain stock reports and monitor stock movement.
• Reconcile sales, billing and stock data.
• Maintain accurate MIS and operational records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and Management teams.
• Follow up for pending reports, invoices and required data.
• Prepare Excel-based MIS reports for management review.

Required Skills:

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
• Deck (PPT) to client 
• Arrange Promoter 
• Cordination with Vendors for Reports
