Operations Executive

Designation: Operations Executive 

 Location: Ludhiana

Experience: 1 to 3 years 

You will be responsible for:

•          ensuring success of existing clients & driving repeat business from the existing network of clients
•          dealing with client requests, troubleshooting problems and ensuring necessary coordination with different departments
•          providing comprehensive training to B2B clients to ensure effective adoption and usage of our products and services
•      Understanding client requirements and providing timely solutions to queries, requests, and operational issues.
• You are expected to possess:

•          outstanding oral and written communication skills
•          self-starter skills, team player skills and motivation to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes
•      team player with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal departments.
•      confident in conducting training sessions and interacting with clients

NOTE:  Candidates with experience as an IELTS / PTE Trainer or Counsellor or strong exposure to the IELTS/PTE sector are preferred. Candidates who have personally appeared for IELTS or PTE may also apply.
