Designation: Operations Executive Location: Ludhiana Experience: 1 to 3 years You will be responsible for: ensuring success of existing clients & driving repeat business from the existing network of clients dealing with client requests, troubleshooting problems and ensuring necessary coordination with different departments providing comprehensive training to B2B clients to ensure effective adoption and usage of our products and services Understanding client requirements and providing timely solutions to queries, requests, and operational issues. You are expected to possess: outstanding oral and written communication skills self-starter skills, team player skills and motivation to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes team player with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal departments. confident in conducting training sessions and interacting with clients NOTE: Candidates with experience as an IELTS / PTE Trainer or Counsellor or strong exposure to the IELTS/PTE sector are preferred. Candidates who have personally appeared for IELTS or PTE may also apply.
