Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance across the facility. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage housekeeping staff efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the premises.
• Allocate duties and schedules to housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, offices, common areas, and washrooms.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping materials and supplies.
• Handle guest or employee complaints related to housekeeping services.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
