We are looking for energetic, sales and service-oriented professionals to join our international travel voice process. You will assist United States travelers with curated cruise holiday bookings, customized travel packages, and reservations for leading global cruise lines.

Job Overview

Position: Travel Consultant / Cruise Package Expert (International Voice Process)
Process: International Voice - USA Travel Process
Shift Timings: Fixed Night Shift (US Operating Hours)
Experience Required: 1 to 5 years in an International BPO (Travel/Cruise process highly preferred)
Monthly Salary: INR 30,000 to 50,000 per month
Annual CTC: INR 3.6 Lakhs to 6. Lakhs per annum + Lucrative Incentives
Job Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers seeking custom cruise holiday packages and luxury vacation itineraries.
Pitch, customize, and close bookings for major global cruise lines, including cabins, excursions, flights, and hotel add-ons.
Provide accurate consultation on cruise itineraries, sailing dates, visa/travel documentation requirements, and cabin categories.
Handle customer queries regarding booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and onboard amenities.
Meet regular monthly sales targets, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality compliance parameters.
Log all call transactions, customer details, and payment histories securely into the travel CRM.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Exceptional English communication skills with a strong capability to engage and convince US clientele.
Mandatory 1–5 years of stable experience in a US/UK international voice process (experience in Amadeus, Sabre, or Cruise booking portals is a massive plus).
Strong upselling capabilities to maximize revenue per booking through travel protection and cabin upgrades.
Willingness to work continuous night shifts to mirror US eastern/pacific business hours.
High problem-solving ability, negotiation skills, and a passionate interest in the travel industry.
