We are looking for dynamic, communication-driven professionals to join our international voice process. You will handle customer queries, reservations, and support requests for a leading global car rental brand in the United States market.

Job Overview

• Position: Customer Service Executive / Senior Executive (Car Rental Voice Process)
• Process: International Voice - USA Process
• Shift Timings: Fixed Night Shift (US Hours)
• Experience Required: 1 to 5 years in an International BPO (Voice Process mandatory)

Salary: INR 30,000 to 45,000 per month

• Annual CTC: INR 3.6 Lakhs to 5.4 Lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers regarding global car rental reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information on rental policies, insurance coverage, vehicle types, rates, and promotional offers.
• Resolve customer complaints, billing discrepancies, and roadside assistance coordination efficiently.
• Meet key performance metrics including Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Quality Assurance (QA) scores.
• Upsell ancillary products such as GPS devices, child seats, upgraded insurance, and vehicle class upgrades where applicable.
• Maintain clean documentation and log details accurately into the CRM system.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear accent and neutral English pronunciation.
• Prior experience in an International BPO voice process (US/UK/Global travel or car rental desks preferred).
• Strong active listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort working regular night shifts to align with US business hours.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience navigating multiple screens/CRM software simultaneously.
