Back Office Executive in Adajan

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily data entry, records, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports, MIS, and databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams for required information and updates.
• Prepare basic PowerPoint presentations and reports.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data updates.
• Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Handle emails, documentation, and routine back-office coordination.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a Back Office / MIS / Operations role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Office.
• Good presentation and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience in Real Estate / Sales / Operations will be an advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
