Position: BPO Sales & Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Experience: 0 to 5 Years (Freshers with excellent communication and persuasion skills are welcome)
Location: Gurgaon & Noida (Prime corporate hubs with excellent metro connectivity)
Salary Package: Monthly Take-Home: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month

·         Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 - ₹6,00,000 P.A. (Up to ₹6 LPA based on experience, plus lucrative performance-based incentives)

Role Overview:
We are launching a high-volume recruitment drive for dynamic individuals to manage combined international sales and customer support operations. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for global clients, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities. This position is ideal for candidates who want to blend high-earning sales incentives with stable customer service career tracks.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Engage with international customers via inbound and outbound voice channels to resolve product queries and close sales leads.

·         Understand customer pain points and present tailored product or service solutions.

·         Meet daily and monthly targets for both service resolution quality and sales conversion metrics.

·         Document customer interactions accurately in CRM software to ensure proper lead tracking and follow-up.

Key Requirements:

·         Educational Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduates / Graduates in any stream.

·         Communication: Fluent, near-native English speaking and listening skills.

·         Flexibility: Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational environments, primarily international night shifts.

·         Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, resilience, and a customer-first mindset.
