Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and target existing customers eligible for Top-Up Loans based on repayment
history and loan performance.
Pitch top-up loan products effectively, explaining features, benefits, interest rates,
and repayment options.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and
cross-selling opportunities.
Analyze customer financial profiles and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and internal databases.
Coordinate with credit, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure smooth and
timely loan processing.
Follow up with customers to ensure high conversion rates and disbursal
completion.
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Maintain and update customer data, pipeline, and status in CRM systems.
Ensure adherence to company policies, documentation standards, and regulatory
compliance.
