Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.

• Explain products, services, offers, and relevant features to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Generate sales leads and convert interested prospects into customers.

• Follow up with customers through calls and other approved communication channels.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and sales activity.

• Handle customer questions professionally and resolve basic concerns.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

• Follow company communication standards and customer-service practices.

Eligibility Criteria
