Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of International Voice Process Associate in Gurgaon. Freshers with good English communication skills and an interest in customer service or international BPO operations are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.

• Resolve customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Explain products, services, and process-related details to customers.

• Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.

• Follow communication standards and customer service procedures.

• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department.

• Maintain professional communication with international customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and recent graduates can apply.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate, subject to employer requirements.

• Good spoken English and listening skills.

• Confidence in handling customer conversations over the phone.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts or night shifts, if required.
