Position Overview:

We are seeking a high-energy, fluent Spanish Sales Executive (Spanish Level 3 / B2 or C1 Proficiency) to join our growing International BPO team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with international Spanish-speaking clients, understanding their business requirements, pitching our premium solutions, and driving sales conversions.

International Sales Operations: Conduct outbound B2B/B2C sales calls or handle warm inbound leads from Spanish-speaking geographies during international night shifts.
Language Fluency: Deliver crisp, professional product presentations and handle complex client objections smoothly in Spanish (Level 3 proficiency).
Pipeline Management: Identify high-potential leads, follow up systematically, and close sales deals to meet monthly revenue targets.
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and pipeline milestones in the company CRM.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the technical and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding after a sale is closed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Language Mastery: Mandatory Spanish Level 3 (B2/C1 intermediate-advanced or native fluency) with strong verbal and written communication.
Education: Graduate or Undergraduate in any stream (Foreign language degree/certification is a huge plus).
Experience Tier: 0 to 3 years of experience in international sales, inside sales, lead generation, or premium customer service.
