Job description:

Job Overview-

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment activities, employee coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.

Responsibilities-

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from candidate sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.
• Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
• Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
• Manage recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist with onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative activities.
• Coordinate with management and other departments regarding manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies and maintain an active candidate pipeline.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR/recruitment experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Experience in maritime/seafarer recruitment will be an added advantage.
