We are Hiring: Senior HR Executive – Female Candidate Only

📍 Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation and HR operations.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee records.
Support EPF, ESIC and basic labour law compliance.
Prepare HR MIS, reports and maintain HR documentation.
Handle employee queries, engagement and grievance management.
Support performance management and HR policy implementation.
Requirements:
2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
IT / SaaS industry experience will be preferred.
Good knowledge of Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, EPF & ESIC.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong MS Excel and HR documentation skills.

Preferred: Female candidates with experience in IT / SaaS / Software companies will be preferred.
