Hiring: HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Associate in Utran, Surat

HOG Digital, a fast-growing digital and technology solutions company, is looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Executive / Human Resources Specialist to join our expanding team in Utran, Surat, Gujarat. This position is ideal for freshers (MBA HR / BBA / Graduate) or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who want to build a thriving career in HR & Talent Acquisition.

💼 Job Overview

The HR Executive will handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing), manage employee onboarding, administer attendance and HR documentation, and build a vibrant employee engagement workplace culture.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Source talent across job portals (Pagaar India, LinkedIn, Naukri), screen profiles, and shortlist candidates for digital marketing, IT, and sales roles.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule telephonic, video, and in-person interviews with hiring managers; follow up with candidates until offer rollout.
• Onboarding & Induction: Conduct new employee onboarding, document verification, HR policy briefing, and seamless team orientation.
• HR Operations & Records: Maintain employee databases, leave and biometric attendance registers, and issue appointment letters and appraisal documentation.
• Employee Engagement: Organize fun Friday activities, festival celebrations, performance recognition awards, and resolve daily employee grievances.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: MBA in HR, BBA, B.Com, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers with strong interpersonal and communication skills are actively encouraged).
• Key Strengths: Pleasant personality, confident communication (Gujarati, Hindi, English), good organizational skills, basic MS Office (Word, Excel).

💰 Compensation & Career Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (₹1.80L – ₹3.00L P.A.) based on interview evaluation.
