VMC The Mission Nutrition is urgently hiring energetic candidates for the role of Telicalling in Rajouri garden metro station, New Delhi, Delhi. Both freshers and experienced candidates with good spoken communication are encouraged to apply. Full in-house paid training is provided.

💼 Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Handling inbound customer calls and making outbound follow-ups with polite telephone etiquette.
• Explaining company services, understanding client needs, and resolving customer queries promptly.
• Updating interaction notes, feedback, and customer status in the internal CRM portal.
• Maintaining daily calling benchmarks and high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Coordinating with senior team leaders for smooth workflow and quick escalation resolution.

🎓 Candidate Eligibility & Who Can Apply

• Education: 12th Pass, Undergraduate, or Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, etc.).
• Experience: Fresher (0 Years) (Freshers with confident Hindi & basic English are welcome).
• Key Skills: Polite tone, active listening, basic computer typing, cooperative teamwork.
• Shift Timings: Regular Day Shift (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM) with standard weekly off.
