About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative freshers to join our team as Luxury Real Estate Marketing Executives in Gurgaon. The ideal candidates will help promote premium residential properties, luxury apartments, villas, and high-end real estate projects while engaging potential buyers and investors.

This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in property marketing, digital promotions, lead generation, and premium customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote luxury apartments, villas, penthouses, and premium real estate projects.

• Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, social media, and online campaigns.

• Connect with potential buyers, investors, and high-value clients.

• Prepare property marketing presentations, promotional content, and campaign materials.

• Coordinate property visits, project presentations, and client meetings.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated lead database.

• Support branding, advertising, and promotional activities for luxury properties.

• Coordinate with sales teams to convert marketing leads into business opportunities.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

• Graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields preferred.

• Interest in luxury real estate, property marketing, and sales.

• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.

• Familiarity with MS Office and marketing tools is preferred.

• Creative thinking, a professional attitude, and willingness to learn.
