About the Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our finance team as Financial Controllers in Gurgaon. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who want to build a career in financial planning, budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring.

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.

• Help monitor cash flow, expenditures, and financial transactions.

• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing activities.

• Review financial data to identify discrepancies and reporting errors.

• Support internal controls, compliance, and audit documentation.

• Prepare Excel reports and assist senior finance professionals.

Eligibility Requirements

• B.Com, M.Com, BBA Finance, MBA Finance, or a relevant qualification.

• Freshers with an interest in financial management are welcome.

• Basic understanding of accounting and financial statements.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and attention to detail.

• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
