Compensation Structure: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 Monthly Fixed (₹3.0 LPA to ₹4.2 LPA Fixed CTC + Monthly Performance-Linked Incentives)

Daily Core Deliverables

• Outbound Pipeline Execution: Manage high-volume outbound discovery calls to verified warm leads and cold commercial data pipelines.
• Lead

Qualification: Assess prospective client infrastructure needs against our product ecosystem to establish high-intent pipeline opportunities.

• Pitch Alignment & Presentation: Conduct engaging product walkthroughs and value propositions over remote conferencing networks.
• Deal Velocity & Closing: Overcome commercial objections, negotiate pricing matrices, and close daily transactional milestones.
• CRM Data Hygiene: Log detailed client interaction records, pipeline stages, and follow-up schedules accurately inside our corporate database.
