Key Responsibilities

• Global Client Support: Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats to resolve queries from international customers regarding product delivery, technical issues, or billing.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and assess customers' needs, troubleshooting issues accurately to achieve first-contact resolution (FCR).
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, comments, complaints, and actions taken in the CRM database.
• Escalation Handling: Escalate complex technical or billing anomalies to appropriate internal departments while maintaining complete ownership of customer follow-ups.
• KPI Management: Consistently meet or exceed targeted performance metrics, including Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Quality Assurance (QA) scores.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience working within an international voice process or international customer service environment.
• Communication: Elite verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral or global accent.
• Flexibility: Absolute willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekend coverage.
• Technical Skillset: Basic computer literacy, fast typing speed (30+ WPM), and prior experience navigating CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline or Undergraduate with a minimum of 12 months of continuous international BPO experience.
