About the Role

We are looking for an educated, smart and highly dependable Business Operations Executive to join our growing business at Kundli.

This is a multi-functional white-collar role for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems and working across different areas of a business.

The role will combine computer-based office work, administration, coordination, follow-ups and occasional local field activities. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is comfortable sitting at a computer as well as stepping out when the business requires it.

The right candidate will work closely with management and will have the opportunity to understand and participate in several aspects of running a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Computer-Based Work

• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Work on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email and other business applications.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, lists, statements and other documentation.
• Enter, organise and manage business information accurately.
• Coordinate through phone, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
• Learn and use new software, digital tools and business systems as required.

Business Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, customers, delivery personnel and other external parties.
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, payments, documentation and other operational matters.
• Ensure that assigned tasks are followed through to completion.
• Assist management in coordinating multiple activities simultaneously.
• Help identify operational problems and find practical solutions.

Local Field & Operational Work

• Undertake occasional local visits for business-related requirements.
• Visit vendors, suppliers, customers or other locations when required.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, documents, materials and other business requirements.
• Assist in supervising or coordinating outsourced workers, delivery personnel and other service providers.
• Handle urgent operational requirements that may require local travel.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• Graduate or equivalent educational qualification.
• Good computer proficiency.
• Comfortable using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, WhatsApp and internet-based business applications.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and organisational ability.
• Willingness to learn new software and business processes.
• Ability to multitask and handle different responsibilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.

Two-Wheeler Requirement

• Own bike/two-wheeler is required.
• The candidate should have a valid driving licence and be comfortable travelling locally for business requirements.
• Petrol expenses will be provided as a monthly allowance/bucket in addition to the salary.
