Urgent Opening: HoReCa Sales Executive (Hotel, Restaurant & Cafe Distribution)

Technosales is looking for a dynamic and connected HoReCa Sales Executive to lead sales across high-end restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, and star hotels in South City, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Candidates with existing connections to hospitality purchase managers and Executive Chefs will receive top preference.

💼 Role Summary

You will be the primary brand ambassador connecting commercial food ingredient solutions with leading dining and hospitality establishments, expanding menu integrations and driving regular supply deliveries.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• HoReCa Client Acquisition: Map all cafes, bakeries, cloud kitchens, caterers, and fine-dining restaurants across Lucknow and nearby cities.
• Chef & Purchase Engagement: Conduct product tasting sessions, introduce new culinary ingredients and bakery concentrates, and negotiate pricing agreements with Purchase Officers.
• Order Fulfillment & Coordination: Track order placement, dispatch coordination, payment collection, and address client feedback promptly.
• Revenue Expansion: Upsell seasonal product portfolios and introduce new premium product lines to existing client accounts.

🎓 Requirements

• Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years in HoReCa Sales, Hospitality Vendor Supply, or FMCG Food Service.
• Key Strengths: Strong relationship management, understanding of commercial culinary needs, self-motivated sales drive.
• Location: South City, Lucknow (Ready for daily client visits across the city).

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹22,000 Monthly (₹1.80L - ₹2.60L P.A.) + Attractive Target Commissions + Travel Allowances.
