Educational Qualification

• Graduate (Bachelor's Degree) from a recognized University.

• NCC Certificate or Scout/Guide Certificate is mandatory.

Age Limit

• 18 to 35 Years

Salary & Pay Scale

During Probation Period (First 6 Months)

• ₹25,000/- per month (Fixed Salary)

After Successful Completion of Probation

• Pay Scale: ₹9,300 – ₹34,800

• Grade Pay: ₹2,800

Additional Government Allowances

• Dearness Allowance (DA): 50%

• House Rent Allowance (HRA): 10%

• City Allowance: 5%

• Casual Allowance: 5%

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise Scout & Guide training programs.

• Organize camps, parades, outdoor activities, and leadership development sessions.

• Train students in discipline, teamwork, first aid, and community service.

• Promote physical fitness, moral values, and leadership qualities among participants.

• Coordinate district, state, and national Scout & Guide activities.

• Maintain attendance, activity records, and required documentation.

• Ensure safety and discipline during all Scout & Guide events.

• Work closely with educational institutions and government authorities to implement Scout & Guide programs.

Job Summary

We are inviting applications from motivated and dedicated graduates for the position of Scout Master / Guide Captain. Candidates possessing an NCC Certificate or Scout/Guide Certificate are encouraged to apply. Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period with a fixed salary of ₹25,000 per month. Upon successful completion of probation, candidates will be placed in the government pay scale of ₹9,300–₹34,800 + Grade Pay ₹2,800, along with applicable government allowances.
