Only for Male CandidatesMaximum Age - 45 Roles & Responsibilities Manage the complete stamp duty assessment, Calculation of Stamp Duty and Registration, e-Stamping, GRAS (Government Receipt Accounting System), and document registration process at Sub-Registrar Offices. Draft, review, and vet legal documents, including Sale Deeds, Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreements (PAAA), Gift Deeds, Release Deeds, Rectification Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Wills, and Leave & License Agreements, ensuring legal accuracy and compliance with applicable laws. Calculate and verify applicable stamp duty and registration charges for various property-related transactions in accordance with prevailing regulations. Coordinate with tenants, advocates, developers, clients, and government authorities to facilitate the smooth execution and registration of legal documents. Liaise with Sub-Registrar Offices and other statutory authorities to ensure timely registrations, resolve documentation issues, and ensure regulatory compliance. Handle tenant and client queries professionally, providing timely updates and support throughout the documentation and registration process. Maintain accurate records of legal documents, registration status, and transaction files while ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation. Monitor registration schedules, follow up on pending documentation, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of transactions. Conduct due diligence, verify title documents, and ensure legal compliance in property conveyancing matters. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, developers, legal professionals, and government officials to facilitate seamless transaction execution. Keep abreast of changes in property laws, stamp duty regulations, and registration procedures to ensure ongoing compliance. Preferred Candidate Profile Male candidate preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL. B.) is preferred. Graduates with relevant conveyancing experience may also be considered. 3 years of experience in property documentation, conveyancing, and registration processes. Sound knowledge of Maharashtra Stamp Act, Registration Act, RERA, and property documentation procedures. Hands-on experience with GRAS, e-Stamping, IGR Maharashtra Portal, and Sub-Registrar Office procedures. Proficient in drafting and reviewing conveyancing documents. Strong understanding of stamp duty calculations and registration formalities. Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple registrations and documentation within stipulated timelines. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
