Commercial Trucking Insurance Underwriter/Submission Agent in Mohali

APPLEXA INFOTECH SOLUTIONS OPC PVT. LTD. is expanding its Commercial Trucking Insurance team and is looking for an experienced Commercial Trucking Insurance Underwriter / Submissions Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and process U.S. Commercial Trucking Insurance submissions.
• Assess risks and determine policy eligibility according to underwriting guidelines.
• Analyze driver records, MVRs, loss runs, vehicle schedules, and supporting documents.
• Make sound underwriting decisions while maintaining profitability and compliance.
• Work closely with insurance agents, brokers, and internal teams on new business, endorsements, and policy renewals.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. insurance regulations and company underwriting standards.
• Maintain accurate underwriting files, documentation, and policy records.
• Deliver high-quality service while meeting productivity and turnaround time goals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in U.S. Commercial Trucking Insurance Underwriting.
• Strong understanding of commercial trucking insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines.
• Experience working with U.S. insurance carriers, MGAs, or insurance agencies is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Must be available to work from our Mohali office.
