Job Description

Position: International Voice Process (Healthcare BPO)

 

Experience:

Eligibility Criteria

  • 10+2, Diploma (10+3), or Any Graduate
  • Maximum Age: 28 Years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work in US Night Shift / Rotational Shift
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Post graduates are not eligible

  • BE/B.Tech and Postgraduate candidates are not eligible.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process healthcare claims as per process guidelines.
  • Deliver quality customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.

      Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web and cloud services.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver user-facing features on schedule.
  • Write clean, modular, and thoroughly tested code adhering to engineering standards.
  • Participate in peer code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical documentation.
  • Monitor production services, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application latency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant domain.
  • Hands-on experience with modern programming languages, frameworks, and database architectures.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional team communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup or enterprise environments.
  • Proactive ownership mindset with an eagerness to master emerging industry technologies.
  • Relevant industry certifications or portfolio of completed projects is an added advantage.
