Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Minimum Graduate or equivalent.

• Experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or Customer Relationship Executive will be preferred.

• Knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Office) will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Customer Relationship Management.

• Experience in the Three-Wheeler/Automobile Industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Follow up with customers regarding vehicle inquiries, sales leads, service reminders, and feedback.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the sales and service departments.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.

• Generate customer feedback reports and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Inform customers about new products, promotional offers, and after-sales services.

• Support the sales team by generating and qualifying customer leads.

• Ensure prompt follow-up on pending customer requests and service requirements.
