We are hiring for an International Voice Process role.

Job Details

• Qualification: Only Graduates
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of International Voice Experience required
• Salary: ₹4.5 LPA
• In-Hand Salary: ₹33,700 per month
• Shift Timing: 4 AM to 1 PM Fixed Shift
• Week Offs: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
• Location: Magarpatta, Pune

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through voice support
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and accuracy
• Deliver excellent customer service experience
• Maintain call quality and productivity standards
• Update customer information and maintain proper documentation

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience required
