Electrical Faculty – Job Description

SAMS Kappal College is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Electrical Faculty to join our academic team in Chennai. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching electrical engineering concepts and helping students build strong theoretical and practical knowledge. The faculty member will plan and deliver well-structured lessons, explain technical concepts clearly, conduct practical sessions, and prepare suitable teaching materials. The role also includes preparing assignments and assessments, evaluating student performance, monitoring academic progress, and providing guidance to students when required. The candidate should be able to create an engaging classroom environment and encourage students to develop their problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering, Electrical Circuits, Power Systems, Electrical Machines, Control Systems, Practical Training, Teaching, and Classroom Management is expected. Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant teaching experience are preferred.
