SAMS Kappal College is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and dedicated English Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons while helping students develop strong language and professional communication skills. The faculty member will teach English Language and Literature, prepare structured lesson plans, develop learning materials, conduct classroom activities, and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations. The role also involves improving students’ grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, presentation, and public communication skills. Candidates should create an interactive and supportive classroom environment that encourages students to participate confidently and express their ideas effectively. The faculty will also mentor students, guide academic projects, support student development activities, and contribute to departmental initiatives. Candidates with knowledge of Maritime English, Technical English, or professional communication relevant to the maritime and shipping industry will have an added advantage. Strong communication, presentation, classroom management, teamwork, and student mentoring abilities are expected.
