Physics Faculty

SAMS Kappal College is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and student-focused Physics Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Physics and the ability to make complex scientific concepts simple, practical, and engaging for students. The selected faculty member will be responsible for teaching theoretical and applied Physics, conducting practical laboratory sessions, preparing lesson plans and learning materials, and evaluating student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations. The role also includes guiding students in experiments, numerical problem-solving, academic projects, and technical activities. The faculty member will encourage students to develop scientific thinking, analytical skills, curiosity, and practical knowledge through interactive teaching methods. Strong communication, classroom management, presentation, mentoring, and teamwork skills are expected. Candidates with knowledge of applied Physics, marine technology, maritime systems, or technical applications related to the maritime industry will have an added advantage.
