About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team at our office in Sector 3, Noida. This entry-level role is perfect for freshers who are passionate about digital communication, copywriting, and audience engagement. You will manage end-to-end email campaigns, from setting up templates to analyzing performance metrics, helping us nurture leads and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

·         Campaign Execution: Create, schedule, and launch daily or weekly email marketing campaigns using automated deployment tools.

·         Content & Copywriting: Write catchy email subject lines, engaging body copy, and clear call-to-actions (CTAs) to maximize open and click rates.

·         List Management: Maintain, segment, and update clean email subscriber lists to ensure high deliverability and lower bounce rates.

·         A/B Testing: Test different subject lines, visual layouts, and send times to discover what resonates best with the target audience.

·         Performance Tracking: Monitor and report daily campaign performance using key metrics like open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and unsubscribes.

Requirements & Skills

·         Educational Background: Graduate in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field.

·         Writing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a knack for persuasive writing.

·         Basic Tool Awareness: Familiarity with basic email marketing tools (like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Sendinblue) or MS Excel is a plus but not mandatory.

·         Work Preference: Comfortable working full-time in an office setup located in Sector 3, Noida.

·         Availability: Must be an immediate joiner ready to start right away.
