Salary: Commission Basis, ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month
CTC (Cost to Company): ₹2,40,000 to ₹3,60,000 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. Although our office is located in Janakpuri, Delhi, this role is a full-time Work from Home (WFH) position. This role is tailor-made for freshers or professionals with up to a year of experience who love interacting with people, analyzing resumes, and matching the right talent with the right career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

·         Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job portals (like Naukri, Indeed, and Shine), social media networks, and professional platforms like LinkedIn to source qualified talent.

·         Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial telephonic screening rounds to evaluate candidates based on communication skills, technical capabilities, experience, and salary expectations.

·         Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth feedback loop.

·         Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an active database of potential candidates for future requirements.

·         Follow-Ups: Follow up closely with selected candidates until onboarding to ensure high joining ratios.

Requirements & Skills

·         Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream (MBA or BBA in Human Resources is a plus).

·         Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing. Ambitious freshers with excellent negotiation skills are highly encouraged to apply.

·         Communication: Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Hindi.

·         Technical Setup: Must have a dedicated personal laptop/PC and a high-speed internet connection at home.
