Position: Inbound Sales Executive - Car Rental
Process: International Inbound Voice Sales (Night Shift Process)
Location: Delhi, Noida & Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Candidates from International Travel/Airline processes are highly preferred)
Joining: Immediate Joiner Only
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 per month + Uncapped Performance Incentives
CTC (Cost to Company): ₹3,60,000 to ₹5,40,000 per annum + Incentives

 

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, target-oriented Inbound Sales Executive with a background in the international travel sector to manage our premium global car rental process. In this role, you will answer inbound queries from international customers looking to book car rentals, plan itineraries, or modify reservations. Your primary objective will be to provide stellar consultative support, maximize booking conversions, upsell add-on services (such as premium insurance, GPS, and vehicle upgrades), and hit revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

·         Inbound Sales & Reservations: Handle inbound calls from global clients, helping them choose appropriate vehicle categories and complete their car rental bookings.

·         Upselling & Cross-selling: Intelligently pitch add-on services, protection plans, fuel options, and premium upgrades to maximize the overall booking value.

·         Consultative Travel Assistance: Understand customer travel requirements, timelines, and budgets to recommend the ideal rental packages.

·         Target Achievement: Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales conversion rates, revenue targets, and customer service quality benchmarks.

·         CRM Management: Document and track reservations, modifications, and customer profiles accurately within the global distribution system (GDS) or CRM.

Requirements & Skills

·         Experience: 1 to 3 years of solid experience in an International Inbound Sales or Voice process. Candidates with experience in International Travel, Airline, or Hotel reservation processes are most welcome.

·         Sales Acumen: Excellent negotiation, objection handling, and persuasive skills with a strong record of meeting sales targets.

·         Communication Skills: Flawless English verbal skills with a neutral or global accent suitable for handling US/UK/Global clients.

·         Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working full-time in an office environment during rotational night shifts.

·         Availability: Ready to join immediately.
