Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
CTC (Cost to Company): ₹4,80,000 to ₹7,20,000 per annum + Incentives

About the Role

We are seeking an aggressive, target-driven, and highly experienced Inbound Sales Executive to join our premier international voice process teams across Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from international customers facing technical glitches with their peripheral devices, specifically printers (offline errors, driver installations, spooler issues, and connectivity failures). Your primary objective is to pitch, pitch effectively, and convert these inbound troubleshooting queries into sales of premium tech support plans, extended warranties, or software security software packages.

Key Responsibilities

·         Inbound Voice Sales: Receive inbound calls from international clients experiencing technical difficulties with their printers and peripheral setups.

·         Consultative Technical Selling: Diagnose the printer error over the call, build value, and convert the technical support query into a successful sales transaction by pitching annual or long-term service contracts.

·         Pitching & Negotiation: Explain the benefits of technical support subscriptions, handle customer objections confidently, and close deals efficiently to maximize revenue.

·         Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales conversion targets and revenue quotas.

·         Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of sales pitches, transactions, and customer interactions while adhering to international BPO standards.

Requirements & Skills

·         Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience in an International Inbound Tech Sales or Printer Support Sales process (BPO environment).

·         Sales Acumen: Exceptional pitching, objection handling, upselling, and closing skills with a proven track record of hitting sales milestones.

·         Technical Understanding: Good knowledge of basic printer troubleshooting (offline errors, cartridge issues, driver updates, Wi-Fi configuration).

·         Communication Skills: Flawless verbal English communication with a neutral or global accent, ideal for convincing international clients.

·         Shift Flexibility: Ready to work full-time in an office setup with rotational US/UK night shifts.

·         Availability: Must be an immediate joiner.
