Job Summary

We are looking for a strong Python Developer with solid backend and data-handling experience and working familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI (GenAI) concepts. The ideal candidate can build scalable backend systems, integrate AI/ML models, and leverage LLMs and agentic workflows to create intelligent, autonomous application features.

 

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications.

Build REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems.

Integrate AI/ML models into production.

Build GenAI solutions (LLMs, embeddings, vector search).

Develop agentic workflows and AI agents.

Implement RAG pipelines.

Work with Azure OpenAI/OpenAI integrations

Ensure responsible AI practices.

A strong portfolio showcasing website UI design work, use of design systems or reusable components, responsive layouts, and attention to visual detail.

 Job Overview

 We are looking for an experienced Sr. UI Designer to support a large-scale website design project in Figma. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, hands-on expertise in Figma, and the ability to work within an established design system. This role requires someone who can quickly understand requirements, follow brand and design system guidelines, and deliver high-quality web UI designs with minimal onboarding. The candidate should also be capable of guiding other designers, reviewing outputs, resolving inconsistencies, and driving continuous improvements.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity website interfaces in Figma for both desktop and responsive views, aligned with project requirements. Ensure strong brand consistency, visual accuracy, clear typography, structured layouts, appropriate colour usage, imagery, and responsive behaviour.
• Work with Figma libraries, components, styles, variables, grids, and templates while adhering to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and UI best practices.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, design leads, developers, and project managers. Understand feedback clearly, implement changes accurately, and communicate blockers, missing assets, or unclear requirements in a timely manner.
• Contribute to team efficiency by supporting and overseeing a small group of junior designers.
• Use supporting tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite where required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in UI, visual, or web design, preferably on large-scale website projects
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including design systems and shared libraries
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web layout behaviour (preferred)
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within timelines
• Ability to apply feedback quickly while maintaining consistency and quality
• Experience in mentoring or managing a small team and tracking deliverables
