IT Executive in Prayagraj

Key Responsibilities:• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software and network related issues• Assist in system maintenance, installations and routine IT troubleshooting• Support network connectivity issues and escalate complex problems as required• Maintain IT asset records and assist in basic inventory management• Support installation and maintenance of business software and applications• Assist the IT Manager in implementing IT policies and security practices• Respond promptly to employee IT helpdesk requests across branch offices• Maintain documentation of recurring issues and resolutions for future reference
Requirements:• Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field• 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration• Basic knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting and software installation• Good communication and problem-solving skills• Willingness to support multiple branch locations as required• Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
