Job Title: Sales Executive / Area Sales Executive – Wood & Interior Products

Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Job Description:

We are hiring a motivated Sales Executive / Area Sales Executive to drive sales of wood, interior, laminates, edge bands, and decorative products across the assigned territory in Vadodara, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of sales experience in the wood, interior products, laminates, plywood, or decorative products industry. Candidates with strong dealer and channel sales experience will be preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Generate secondary sales and support inventory clearance.
• Develop new dealers, sub-dealers, contractors, carpenters, architects, and interior designers.
• Promote laminates, edge bands, and decorative interior products.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct dealer meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Ensure proper product visibility at dealer counters.
• Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for business development activities.
• Submit regular sales reports, competitor updates, and market feedback.
