About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads and be capable of generating quality leads/conversions while optimizing campaign performance.

The role will focus on campaign execution, optimization, analytics, lead generation, and achieving measurable marketing results. Similar Hyderabad roles commonly emphasize hands-on Google/Meta campaign management, conversion tracking, reporting, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Manage lead-generation, traffic, conversion, remarketing, and sales campaigns.

• Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.

• Monitor CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, and ROAS.

• Optimize campaigns to reduce acquisition costs and improve lead quality.

• Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.

• Manage daily campaign budgets and allocate spending to high-performing campaigns.

• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Identify campaign issues and take corrective actions quickly.

• Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Content teams for high-performing ad creatives.

• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.

• Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

• Experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns.

• Good understanding of CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and ROI.

• Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

• Ability to manage budgets and meet performance targets.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment.

Preferred

• Experience with digital marketing agencies is an advantage.

• Experience handling multiple campaigns or clients is preferred.

• Google Ads/Meta certifications are an added advantage.

• Candidates who can demonstrate actual campaign results with metrics such as budget, leads, CPL, conversions, and ROAS will be preferred.
