Picker/Packer Job Description
A Picker/Packer is responsible for picking products from the warehouse or store shelves, checking the items, packing customer orders properly, and preparing them for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick products according to customer orders.
Check product name, quantity, and quality.
Pack items safely and correctly.
Label and organize packed orders.
Keep the warehouse/work area clean and organized.
Coordinate with delivery partners and other team members.
Follow company safety and inventory procedures.
Handle products carefully to avoid damage or mistakes.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th/12th pass (depending on company).
Freshers can apply.
Basic reading and counting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and punctuality.
Smartphone knowledge may be required.
