Retail / Counter Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements.

• Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases.

• Demonstrate Luggage/Bags and explain product features, pricing, and benefits.

• Provide accurate information about discounts, offers, and after-sales services.

• Sell and cross-sell products to increase sales.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store sales.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Coordinate with team members for smooth and efficient store operations.

• Share customer feedback and sales updates with seniors.

• Stay updated about new products, features, and services.

• Ensure shelves and racks are properly stocked and well-maintained.

• Handle merchandise returns and assist with inventory management.

• Process customer transactions, billing, and payments accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of products in the store.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

• Experience: 1–6 years.

• Experience in Luggage/Bags or Footwear Selling preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Knowledge of inventory and billing procedures.

• Ability to achieve sales targets.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 in-hand + Growth Opportunities.
