📍 Location: Delhi/NCR & Mumbai

💰 Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA + Performance Incentives
🔹 Key Requirements
• Experience in Sales / Business Development
• Strong B2B/B2C sales and client acquisition skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills
• Experience in Travel, Tourism, Insurance, Adventure Sports or Hospitality will be an advantage
• Team handling and sales reporting experience preferred
• Strong target-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel to other locations/markets as required
• Candidates available for F2F interview
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business and achieve sales targets
• Develop B2B & B2C business opportunities
• Build relationships with travel agencies, trekking companies, adventure operators and corporate clients
• Manage leads, follow-ups and sales pipeline
• Conduct client meetings and negotiations
• Lead and guide the sales team
• Prepare sales reports and MIS
