Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Graduate or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

• Candidates with relevant sales certifications will have an added advantage.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

• Experience in the Automobile Industry (preferably Three-Wheeler/Commercial Vehicles) will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.

• Promote and sell the company's products to retail customers, dealers, and corporate clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market visits to identify customer needs and business opportunities.

• Explain product features, pricing, finance options, and promotional offers to customers.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales effectively.

• Maintain customer records and prepare daily sales reports.

• Coordinate with the service and finance teams to ensure smooth customer support.

• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities.
